Pork Tenderloin is a delicious and lean pork dish that is great for a main course, and even better for leftovers the next day.  We find it's easy to dry out pork tenderloin as it is a lean cut of meat.  Thus we suggest stuffing it with a moist stuffing which keep the dish moist and tasty.
This simple salad is easy to make, bursting with lots of flavour, and is very heart healthy.  Arugula isn't overly popular in North America, as people often find it much too bitter and peppery.  If you aren't a fan of the leaf, we'd suggest substituting two cups of  baby spinach greens into the recipe and reduce the arugula used down to two cups. 
This week's featured recipe is a Chicken Breast stuffed with Cheddar and cream cheeses.  It is then drenched with a garlic-lemon-butter sauce, which will have your friends and family will be begging you to make this recipe!
Pickerel is a delicious little fish that is light in flavour.  The corn meal breading doesn't mask the pickerel in this recipe, and the acidity of lemon sauce brings out the best flavours of the fish.
Our Vegetarian Recipe for Spinach and Strawberry Salad is quite easy and very tasty.  It's the perfect Salad to serve at a Summer Barbecue, for a light spring lunch, or to bring to a potluck dinner.  Fresh and delicious, and paired with wine, what more could you ask for in a recipe.
